For employees that may be already covered by health insurance from a spouse or through military service, we do not require that you sign up for our coverage. For those that would like to customize their plan to better suit their needs, we fully support you in defining the best plan for you. What this means, of course, is that we customize our new hire packages to each employee. Our hiring practice is tailored to each employee.

What about work-life balance? To the best of our ability, we manage our contracts with our people in mind. What this means is that if you submit your resume early enough in the proposal submission process, we will also tailor our response to our proposed employees. The caveat is that we are also subjected to the needs of our clients. This means that certain contracts may have certain requirements related to hours and on-site time. If you submit your resume prior to proposal submission and there is good fit for the contract, we will customize our proposal to match both our clients and your needs.
